We source through our wholesale supply chain and sell every bottle directly to you, so you are not paying a retailer's margin on top of our price. Each order is sealed before it ships. If a bottle arrives damaged or the seal is broken, send us an unboxing video within 24 hours and we will replace it.

India's diverse climate requires careful fragrance selection:

• Hot & Humid (Mumbai, Chennai): Light, fresh fragrances with citrus or aquatic notes
• Dry & Hot (Delhi, Rajasthan): Moderate to strong fragrances with woody or spicy notes
• Cool & Pleasant (Bangalore, Pune): All fragrance families work well
• Monsoon Season: Lighter, fresher scents that won't become overwhelming

The main difference is in concentration, which is what decides how long a scent lasts on skin:

• EDT (Eau de Toilette): the lighter, daytime option
• EDP (Eau de Parfum): richer, and generally worn in the evening
• Parfum: the strongest and longest-lasting of the three

Rather than quote you a percentage, we print the concentration and the expected longevity on each product's own page — so you can read what you are actually buying instead of taking our word for a general rule. For India's climate, lighter concentrations are often preferred during summers.

We don't sell samples or discovery sets yet, so we won't pretend otherwise. What we do publish on each product page is the information you would want from a sample: the scent profile (top, heart and base notes), the concentration, how long it is expected to last, and what it smells like to the people who have bought it. If we'd rather not claim something we haven't verified, the page says so. If you'd like to talk it through before ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you straight whether it's likely to suit you.

Not yet — we don't offer a paid gift-wrapping option at checkout. Every order is packed and sealed as standard. If you need something presentation-ready for a birthday or an anniversary, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll do our best with what we have.

Delivery times vary by location:

• Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 2-3 business days
• Tier 3 Cities: 3-5 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. As soon as your parcel is collected you can follow it from your account page, where we show the courier and a tracking link.

Orders are handed to the courier on the next working day after payment. If your parcel hasn't moved for two days, message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase it for you.

Fragrance is fragile and heat-sensitive, so we pack accordingly:

• Protective wrapping around the parcel
• Padding around the bottle and its box
• Tamper-evident sealing before dispatch

If your order arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we'll consider a replacement. Our full Return, Refund & Delivery Policy explains what we can and can't accept, and it is worth reading before you order.

All payments go through Razorpay's secure checkout. You'll choose your method there:

• UPI
• Net banking
• Credit and debit cards

All orders are prepaid to ensure smooth delivery.

All major credit and debit cards can be converted into an EMI at checkout, directly on the secure payment page. The tenures and any applicable charges are shown by your bank before you approve the payment, so you can see the exact cost before confirming.

Your card details never touch our servers:

• The whole checkout runs on Razorpay's hosted payment page over HTTPS
• We never see or store your card number, CVV or expiry
• Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant as our payment processor
• We keep only the payment reference and amount needed to fulfil your order
